Month 1 of my new Mental Health in Nature Mail Club!

My mail club designed to feel like a 'hug in the mail' for anyone starting therapy or a mental health journey.

Each month explores a different theme from the natural world, sending you gentle encouragement and lessons we can learn from the outdoors.

Rather than being tied to a calendar, the letters are simply numbered (Month 1, 2, 3), so you can start at any time and experience the full journey without missing a thing. Simply come back each month to purchase the next mail in the sequence.

Every envelope includes a thoughtful letter, a colouring sheet, a beautiful art print, a mini art print, and a sticker to cheer you on. All handmade in my little studio.

This month is the very beginning of the journey, looking after ourselves and improving our mental health. We focus on the powerful lesson we can learn from tree roots.
