The painting was inspired by a gannet that I photographed at Bempton Cliffs

This quote is really encouraging, especially for mental health recovery. A tough day doesn't erase how far you've come—you haven't lost any of your progress. Healing naturally has ups and downs, so be gentle with yourself and trust that you are still moving forward.

Made in my small studio from glossy sticker paper and laminated in a protective clear lamination.
